Our client is RTS (Regional Transit Service), a leading provider of transit services in Rochester, NY and they are seeking anHRIS Analyst for their growing team. Who We're Looking For:
Do you excel at ensuring the integrity and reliability of Human Resources data? In this role, you will be the liaison between the Information Technology and Human Resources teams, with responsibility to maintain and enhance all HRIS functions specific toUKG Pro and UKG Dimensionsplatforms. This would include configuration, upgrades, data workflows, and changes. Additionally, you will be the subject matter expert in relation to data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. You will also collaborate with end users and provide technical support for UKG and serve as the main point of contact for your assigned functional areas.
What to Expect as an HRIS Analyst:

Act as the system administrator for UKG Pro and UKG Dimensions used across the organization

Create, process, and troubleshoot errors for data interface to/from UKG to/from other vendors, such as benefits providers, talent acquisition, internal systems, etc.

Work with internal and vendor resources to update UKG configurations and interfaces based on changes needed to support business decisions, such as vendor changes, policy changes, and mergers & acquisitions.

Work with internal teams to improve existing processes regarding data entry & data integrity.

Create & maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to support data-driven people decisions for business and HR leaders.

Maintain & enhance system expertise by attending training, reviewing updates, and staying current with UKG and data analytics trends.

Maintain user guides & training materials for systems.

Perform routine tasks in support of the team.

Review and audit data entry for accuracy.

Diagnose, assign and resolve issues originating from end-users, business process events, etc.

Troubleshoot system errors and issues as they arise and assess options for resolution; provide support to end-users.

Escalate issues and work through support cases to determine possible solution.

Qualifications for Success:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business related field highly preferred. Alternately 3+ years related experience, or a combination of education and experience.

2 years' experience using and managingUKG Pro and UKG Dimensions, including data analysis and configuration.

Strong ability to perform highly complex tasks and projects; excellent use of judgement and creativity for unfamiliar tasks.

Can anticipate downstream consequences of system configuration changes amongst the various UKG systems and processes.
