Description
The HRIS Analyst assists in the administration and management of the HR Information System (UKG Pro) and its modules. This person will work with business stakeholders as well as stakeholders on the HR team to ensure compliance with internal controls and applicable policies as well as access to various information is given to the correct people. They will also administer access to data and reporting for all areas of the business.
Work Arrangement -This position is able to work remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Salary Range:
HRIS Analyst Level I- $54,000+ dependent on experience
HRIS Analyst Level II- $67,000+ dependent on experience
Senior HRIS Analyst - $82,000+ dependent on experience

Essential Duties & Responsibilities -
HRIS Analyst:
Manages HRIS upgrades and releases by learning new functionality, coordinating implementation, testing, and communication
Troubleshoots HRIS errors or issues that inhibit the work of the business or Human Resources including error messages when attempting a task, system outages, and security role interference
Optimizes HRIS processes, integrates new software, and performs diagnostic tests
Collaborates with HR stakeholders to understand needs and proposes HRIS-related process improvements
Manages the configuration, security settings, and user access permissions within the HRIS and other HR technologies
Coordinates with IT and external vendors for system upgrades, patches, and integrations
Monitors system performance, troubleshoots issues, and implements solutions to minimize disruption
Ensures the accuracy, integrity, and consistency of HR data
Designs and maintains data interfaces and data flows between HRIS and other systems
Generates standard and ad hoc reports, dashboards, and metrics
Acts as escalation point of contact for technical troubleshooting and problem solving for the Human Resources team
Performs process mapping and auditing of HR processes and procedures, including hiring, onboarding, terminations, and payroll administration, as needed
Remains current on technical advancements and trends in the HR field
Leverages new and emerging technologies, including AI and self-service, to create efficiencies and create an outstanding employee experience
Participates in training activities with the Learning and Development department to ensure staff compliance with Credit Union policies and state and federal regulations and laws
Creates and consults on communications and trainings related to HR technology
Performs other duties and assists other employees, as assigned
HRIS Analyst II:
All Level I duties and responsibilities
Evaluates needs for additional HRIS features or opportunities for automation for future enhancements that align to business strategies and supports continuous improvement through technical, process, and workflow improvements
Analyzes HR data trends, provides advanced insights, and contributes to strategic thinking
Oversees process improvement initiatives and guides the integration of new HRIS functionality
Sr. HRIS Analyst:
All of Level I and II duties and responsibilities
Develops and maintain complex HR reports, dashboards, and data visualizations
Provides insights into data trends in the industry and U.S. labor market
Possesses a strong understanding of business needs and takes initiative to propose processes and solutions to meet those needs proactively
