Kforce has a client in Missouri that is seeking a HRIS/UKG Analyst. This role can be remote.Responsibilities:

Payroll/HRIS: Audit converted data Paylocity-UKG; Data from Paylocity must be reviewed for accuracy before being transferred into UKG

Colleague level: Earnings/deductions; Pay rates; Tax withholding; Time off balances

Company level: Earnings/deductions; Time off types; Benefit premiums; Benefit plan structure; SUI tax rates

Benefits: Invoice vs. deduction audit - Guardian, Anthem, Eyemed; Post open enrollment election vs. deduction audit

Open Enrollment: Assist the team with open enrollment process in late Nov in mid-December; New enrollment tool is UKG so prior experience within this system is preferred

Process improvement: Help the organization best utilize the transferred data into UKG and help establish best practices moving forward

Project Management: Take project ownership and follow through with completion of each task assigned

3-5 years of HRIS/payroll/Analytics experience

Advanced excel required (pivots/vlookups)

UKG experience strongly preferred

Paylocity experience is preferred

Experience with an ATS system transformation preferred

Strong communication skills

Ability to work autonomously
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
