Kforce has a client seeking a HRIS Analyst in Nashville, TN.Customer Service Duties:

Provides assistance with respect to transactional inquires and issues involving Oracle

Responds to routine questions about Oracle and procedures related to HRMS processes

Provides accurate and efficient resolution of issues and inquiries through multiple channels (phone, email, case management) by following appropriate resolution/assessment methodology (investigating and research), utilizing knowledge management tools, educating customers on products and self-service tools, and determining appropriate course of action or escalation for emerging issues

Continually utilizes knowledge management tools and contributes new, revised or updated information to maintain accuracy and consistency in knowledge in support of customers, peers and the larger HR Connection team

Assesses customer's level of understanding and increases their self-sufficiency by educating and influencing customers to utilize self-service support
Process Administration Duties:
-
Monitors and assists with completion of required pre-hire (background/drug screen checks) and administrative tasks related to the onboarding processes for newly hired teammates
-
Maintains records and data of the employee population and ensures information validity
-
Responsible for standard employee data entry transactions such as I-9s, new hire processing, job data changes, personal information updates, and terminations, etc.

Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so
-
Troubleshoots and processes employee data changes and corrections as requested or as needed through data integrity audits

Ensures delivery of business results by meeting or exceeding all service level agreements and delivering high quality services that meet or exceed customer expectations

High School diploma/GED and 0-2 years of experience or Associate degree and 0-2 years of experience
-
Possesses exceptional customer service skills
-
Experience in data and record management
-
Attention to detail, high level of accuracy and exercises good judgment in written work and reports

Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking, organizational skills
-
Strong collaboration and teamwork skills; Communicate and work well in a team environment

Ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent tasks and changing priorities; Able to effectively prioritize work on a daily basis

Excellent written, oral, presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal communication skills
-
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, in particular Excel
-
Knowledge of HR systems and technology (e.g. Oracle cloud, background/drug screening platforms, case management, timekeeping and recruiting systems)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
