Long Description
This person is responsible for working closely with stakeholders to understand People and Culture business requirements and translate them into design documents. You will then implement or manage the implementation of the solution design through working with offshore resources to perform system configuration and coordinating testing activities in addition to following the established change management process. Analysts are responsible for suggesting improvements to existing People and Culture processes. This person should be self-motivated, able to work well with others and have a team-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities:

Gather, analyze, and evaluate ideas to improve or develop new functionality within the SuccessFactors application or other People and Culture systems.

Deploy configuration changes. Engineer and successfully test, implement, and transition new applications, configurations, and solutions to production.

Direct external partners, offshore analysts, and developers in the execution of designed changes.

Document and maintain business processes using best practices.

Coordinate and participate in system integration, performance, and acceptance testing.

Work with the business to resolve defects, then define and communicate the proposed solution.

Partner with COEs/HR Business Owners to identify, define and develop continuous process improvements in accordance with best practices.

Manage the move of approved application changes through the system landscape.

Lead new implementation projects of varying size and scope as required, within the designated timeline.

Continually researches, tests, and stays up to date on all SuccessFactors updates and fixes, including performing system testing for bi-annual releases.

Partners closely with IT to align system configuration with the IT infrastructure, data mapping and integration in accordance with IT change control, information security and compliance standard operating procedures.

Serves as technical configuration contact for SuccessFactors.

Long Description
Qualifications & Experience:
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in human resources, business analysis, information systems or a related field required.

3+ years of experience in HR Systems, HCM, HRIS.
-
Project management/experience is a plus.

Success Factors implementation/configuration experience
-
Strong ability to own, execute and deliver on short- and long-term projects.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Process-oriented and independent thinker with initiative.

Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Creative and able to work independently with only general supervision.

Must possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
Required Education, Experience, and Skills:

Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's or equivalent experience in human resources, business analysis, information systems or a related field required.

Specialized Degree: Business, Computer Science or equivalent experience.
-
3+ years of experience in HR Systems, HCM, HRIS. SuccessFactors experience preferred.
