The Global Compensation & HRIS Analyst will support global compensation programs, including incentive compensation, and other related initiatives. This role will support our compensation strategy globally, lead our incentive compensation programs, support HRIS efforts for the HR organization, partner with various stakeholders throughout the company, and support other HR projects and initiatives as needed.
An incentive compensation background is required for this role. The ideal candidate should be experienced in incentive compensation planning, commission calculations, and sales compensation analysis.

What We Need & What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
Compensation

Participate in the design of incentive compensation plans. Responsible for implementation, administration, and documentation of newly created and modified incentive compensation plans. Develop and revise standard practice and procedures. Monitor activities to ensure consistency and conformance to such standards and procedures. Ensure activities adhere to company policies and procedures.

Provide strategic research, analytical support of companywide compensation programs including internal and external analysis and provide recommendations.

Conduct job benchmarking and market analysis evaluations and makes recommendations for existing, new, or changing jobs. Review submitted job descriptions for accuracy and completeness. Work closely with HRBPs to provide advice and feedback on job descriptions.

Provide compensation consultation and education to all levels within the organization. Resolve issues on titling, leveling and pay based on a consistent methodology and structure; maintain pay structures.

Keep current on trends and market practices. Conduct internal and external review of compensation structure to identify and recommend changes to compensation philosophy.

Perform related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
HRIS

Provide accurate data that can be relied upon to inform business decisions, working with other members of the HR team to improve data accuracy within the HR Information Systems (HRIS).

Ensure that all data is stored and shared in a safe way, adhering to the General Data Protection Regulations.

Optimize and elevate quality, efficiency, performance, and scalability of HR processes that reflect our culture, aligns with our desired employee experience, while being compliant, efficient, and scalable.

Effectively translate business problems and needs into business requirements, process flows, and measurable solutions that may require creative solutions for gaps between requirements and system capabilities which may include process changes.

Use data to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of key strategic projects and processes within the HR function e.g., benchmarking, training needs analysis, employee engagement etc.

Present data clearly to articulate any key findings and suggestions that can be used effectively and practically by the stakeholder.

Ensure consistent process documentation across the HR organization.

Handle sensitive data in accordance with data protection regulations.

Partner cross-functionally with Finance, IT, operations, and executives.
Who You Are (Qualifications)
● Requires 3-5 years of related experience.
● Requires a bachelor’s degree in business, Human Resources, Information Systems, or other Business Management areas.
● Experience with incentive compensation planning, commission calculations, and sales compensation analysis required.
● Ability to understand and execute strategic initiatives.
● Project management, negotiation, and decision-making skills required.
● Experience with Salesforce
● Experience with incentive compensation tools (Performio, Xactly, Spiff, etc.)
● Experience with HCM systems (Oracle, Workday, People Soft, etc.)
● Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Preferred Qualification • CCP Certification
