As an HRIS and Reporting Professional with SAP SuccessFactors experience, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our human resources information system (HRIS) and reporting capabilities. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, leverage data-driven insights, and contribute to the overall success of our HR initiatives. Your primary responsibilities include:
Key Responsibilities:
- SAP SuccessFactors Expertise: Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors, providing guidance and support to HR and users.
- HRIS Management: Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of our HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and system security.
- Reporting and Analytics: Develop, maintain, and automate HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights for HR leadership and stakeholders.
- Data Integrity: Implement data validation and quality control processes to ensure accurate and consistent HR data across the organization.
- System Enhancements: Collaborate with Data Systems/IT teams to identify and prioritize system enhancements, including updates, integrations, and customizations, to meet evolving HR needs.
- Compliance and Data Security: Ensure HRIS compliance with data privacy regulations, maintain data security standards, and assist with audits and reporting.
- Training and Documentation: Create training materials and provide training sessions to HR users, ensuring they can effectively utilize HRIS and reporting tools.
- Process Optimization: Continuously review HR processes and systems, identifying opportunities for improvement and automation to enhance efficiency.
- User Support: Offer ongoing support to HR staff and end-users, troubleshooting issues, and providing guidance on system usage.

Minimum Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field with 6 years of relevant experience.
- Fourteen or more years of completed education and/or relevant experience may be considered to satisfy educational and years-of-experience requirements for this posting.
- Requires a security clearance, however all qualified candidates will be considered regardless of their current clearance status. The ability to obtain and maintain a Department of Energy security clearance is required.
Preferred Job Requirements
- 6+ Years of experience as an HRIS professional with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data management.
- Proficiency in data analysis, data visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, Tableau, Power BI).
