Job OverviewAs Marketing Director, EMEA, you will create and implement marketing strategies to grow the iCIMS brand in-market and meet and exceed organizational objectives around lead and opportunity pipeline generation for the region. As a leader at iCIMS, you will work closely with Sales and Marketing leadership as well as various subject matter experts across the organization, building strong relationships and aligning performance goals to drive customer acquisition and growth for EMEA while deploying geographic-specific strategies. You will also coordinate a team of dedicated professionals responsible for leading marketing initiatives, content creation and efforts as part of the broader strategic plan.
This position sits on the Marketing Leadership team and is a member of the iCIMS senior leadership team in Europe. This role requires a driven, dynamic and confirmed leader comfortable working in a hybrid (London or Paris office) environment with multiple internal and external partners, executives and team members.

Responsibilities Demand Generation
- Develop, lead and implement EMEA demand generation to drive predictable, scalable as well as repeatable pipeline and revenue growth
- Devise geographic-specific marketing strategies, drive and manage plans, provide updates and serve as the main point of contact for vendors, US-based marketing teams and EMEA sales leadership
- Work across the Marketing department and cross-functional teams within the company to complete geographic-specific strategic business plans that may account for various industries, buying personas and competitors
- Leverage in-market expertise to optimize media channel/vendor investment strategy to drive revenue and pipeline effectively and efficiently
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing team to drive planning and prioritization for the Marketing team resources aligned to EMEA expansion Demand Generation goals
- Operate in lockstep with Sales Development Representatives and Sales teams driving efficiencies in deal progression
- Monitor the effectiveness of Demand Generation efforts and share key performance metrics with senior leadership
Brand
- Devise strategies and implement the plan for growing the iCIMS brand in the EMEA market, strengthening our position as a global provider while ensuring relevancy to local markets
- Socialise regionalised buying behaviours with the global Marketing team and develop local marketing approaches where possible to build brand affinity in Europe
- Partner with US-based marketing resources to drive and implement cost-effective, high returning programs to increase local presence using channels including third-party and self-hosted events, tradeshows, public relations and analyst relations
- Collaborate with the broader Marketing teams on project resourcing, including outsourced support and build consensus and engagement around the established direction and objectives of brand
- Understand industry and geographic standard methodologies and processes, presenting recommendations as vital for the company to remain compliant and driven
Events
- Run the iCIMS EMEA event strategy that includes operations, content and logistics for iCIMS customer events (in-person and virtual) and the iCIMS presence at external industry events and conferences
- Take a critical eye to defining and tracking goals, targets and results, including pipeline generation, opportunity progression and other key metrics
- Drive marketing, communication and demand generation activities for before, during and after key events that help to improve return on investment
Team Leadership
- Lead direct reports and other internal collaborators with clarity, focus and purpose
- Lead and empower Marketing Managers across Northern and Southern Europe to ensure that strategies/objectives are met
- Use external inputs from customers and prospects to help shape plans and execution, and reinforce an always-on, outside-in perspective with your team
- Establish goals, metrics and measurement for individuals and teams
- Maintain a hard-working team and work environment enabling operational objectives and retention/alignment of people resources to fulfill team objectives successfully
- Foster a culture of high engagement
- Work effectively as a team member with other members of leadership
- Make recommendations for organizational and/or process improvements and proactively plan, organize and deliver well thought-out change management programs
- Ensure appropriate resource allocation and budget management to deliver results
Qualifications - BS/BA degree desired; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- A demonstrated ability (10+ years) in B2B integrated demand marketing for high-growth B2B SaaS or technology companies, with at least 4 years of experience coordinating with senior executives
- Prior accountability for lead generation, pipeline/opportunity creation and revenue across prospect, customer and partner channels required
- Superior knowledge of Demand Generation processes including account-based marketing (ABM), email prospect marketing, digital (paid search, paid social, ppl), for enterprise and mid-market segments
- First-hand experience working within Marketing and Sales software with tools like Marketo, Salesforce, Highspot, WordPress, etc.
- Shown capabilities advising brand marketing, communications and promotions, using a broad marketing mix of integrated approaches (advertising, public relations, events, promotions, digital, e-commerce, etc.)
- Deep experience translating company growth objectives into marketing strategy, and developing and leading demand generation programs that produce high quality opportunities and create exponential revenue
- Strong analytical skills and proven ability to use data to test and optimize campaign performance and inform future strategies across budgets, channels, vendors, etc.
- Strong results orientation with a proven track record of execution and strong attention to detail; effectively follows processes and procedures
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage resources while also functioning as an individual contributor/team member
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and budgets as well as handle multiple contending priorities simultaneously
- Skilled at quickly building effective working relationships, working together through functional teams, dotted line reporting structures and via influence to support execution as needed
- Consistent track record addressing and influencing others while supporting decisions with sound rationale
- Excellent interpersonal skills; able to communicate verbally, orally and visually with diverse groups who possess varying levels of technical proficiencies across time zones, continents and languages
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills; must articulate thoughts and ideas clearly, concisely and persuasively
- Demonstrated flexibility, resilience and creativity when solving for complex issues
- Fluency in English and French required
