About the Team
Product Acceleration and Optimization (PAO) is an organization within our Product team. Our mission is to enable customers and our services ecosystem to adopt Workday products and solutions in the most effective and efficient manner and with the highest quality to ensure lasting customer success.
About the Role
Works with clients who are primarily in the legal, procurement, and compliance areas of the business to further understand business and legal processes, technical landscape, and pain points to be addressed with Evisort’s contract lifecycle management solution. Strategizes alongside clients to define technical solutions for Evisort and support the implementation of those solutions for integrations and migrations. Manage critical transactions by ensuring alignment between legal requirements and enterprise software solutions. Manage custom API integration projects to ensure alignment with budget, schedule, and scope. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical, legal, and business challenges. Monitors project milestones and ensures high-quality deliverables through Agile methodologies and data analysis on large datasets. Design, develop, and implement complex technical system overhauls aimed at improving legal contracting processes and operational efficiency. Apply a quantitative approach to legal analysis and generate reports that translate findings into actionable business insights.
About You
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics or related field followed by two years of work experience in the job offered or in a technical solutions manager related occupation.
1. Experience in APIs;
2. SaaS integrations;
3. Python/JavaScript programming;
4. SQL/PostgreSQL/NoSQL;
5. Analyze and interpret complex legal documents;
6. Legal and contract management;
7. Lead enterprise-wide technology transformations; and
8.Consultative support for critical legal documentation.

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things.
