Culture Amp is looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support the Chief Revenue Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. This position is a parental leave coverage with an eight-month contract duration. Candidates must be located within a commutable distance to downtown San Francisco and have the ability to work on-site two days per week.
As an Executive Assistant you will:
- Proactively managing and prioritizing complex calendars to ensure focus on critical, strategic priorities
- Act as a strategic thought partner to senior executives, anticipating needs and proactively solving problems before they arise
- Tracking and following up on requests, identifying those requiring executive attention
- Preparing expense reports and partnering with Finance on invoices and other financial matters
- Collaborating with leadership to support the delivery, tracking, and communication of goals and key initiatives
- Providing support and oversight for special projects and cross-functional initiatives
- Planning, hosting, and project-managing leadership meetings, team meetings, and all-hands coordination
- Managing domestic and international travel arrangements, including detailed itineraries
- Organizing and executing events for Executive Team members, such as off-sites, investor or customer dinners, team celebrations, and social events
- Serving as a key liaison with the CEO’s EA and Melbourne-based Executive Team EAs
- Acting as a trusted point of contact between executives and internal and external stakeholders
- Create and maintain systems for prioritization, documentation, and executive communications
- Strong deck creation skills to develop compelling presentations for all-hands meetings, monthly manager meetings, and other key forums as needed
- Manage onboarding for new Sales and Marketing leaders.

- Prepare executives for external engagements, presentations, and key meetingsIdentify risks, flag issues early, and escalate thoughtfully with recommended solutions
- Exercising sound judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential information
- Serve as a culture carrier, modeling professionalism, discretion, and collaboration
You have:
- Experience with budget management
- Proven success in a project coordination role

- Exceptional attention to detail and outstanding written/presentation skills

- Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office products
- Proven experience in supporting several executives
