Job Requirements We are looking for a results-driven Manager of Marketing Operations to lead the strategy, execution, and optimization of our marketing systems and processes. This is a pivotal role responsible for owning the marketing automation platform, designing lead lifecycle stages, streamlining data management, enabling campaign execution, and aligning cross-functionally with demand generation, sales, and business operations.
The ideal candidate is a data-savvy marketing leader with a strong technical foundation, hands-on execution skills, and a passion for process excellence. You will play a critical role in accelerating pipeline growth and driving measurable revenue impact.
Core Responsibilities
- Drive and continuously evolve the marketing operations strategy aligned with business growth objectives, pipeline targets, and revenue goals.
- Design, implement, and optimize lifecycle stages, lead status definitions, and automation workflows (primarily in HubSpot) to ensure seamless funnel progression.
- Manage and optimize the end-to-end marketing technology ecosystem (e.g., HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Qualified, Brevo, Freckle), ensuring integrations are reliable, scalable, and efficient.
- Build scalable processes for lead capture, scoring, routing, nurturing, and attribution while supporting demand generation efforts to grow a high-quality, marketable contact base.
- Oversee data quality, enrichment, segmentation, and imports while ensuring compliance with global data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.).
- Define, track, and analyze key marketing ops KPIs; deliver actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to drive decision-making.
- Align campaign execution with content, product marketing, and digital teams to maximize campaign performance and overall marketing impact.
The Ideal Candidate Has…
- 10+ years of experience in marketing operations, preferably within B2B SaaS or technology environments.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of scaling and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms HubSpot and Salesforce
- Strong project management skills with the ability to drive initiatives in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
- Expertise in campaign operations, analytics, and reporting (Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, etc.).
- Technical proficiency with APIs, integrations, and marketing data ecosystems.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- A bias for action, curiosity to learn, and a collaborative spirit.
