Navitus Health Solutions is seeking a Coordinator, Benefits and HRIS to
join our team! This position is hybrid working three days in our Madison
WI location. The Coordinator, Benefits and HRIS (Human Resources
Information System) supports the administration of associate benefit
programs and HRIS operations. This role is responsible for managing
day-to-day benefit enrollment activities, including new hires and
qualifying life events, while ensuring accurate and timely data
processing within the HRIS. The Coordinator serves as a key point of
contact for associates, providing support for benefit-related inquiries,
documentation, and communications. Additionally, this role assists with
reporting needs, contributes to benefit communication planning, and
