Ensure data integrity while translating detailed financial data into clear, decision-ready insights.
Executive & Board-Level Reporting
Orchestrate the quarter-end close process in close partnership with accounting.
Drive the corporate forecast and guidance process with continuous process improvement and acceleration.

Act as the connective “glue” integrating top-line (revenue) metrics with spend metrics to deliver a holistic view to finance leadership.
Present findings in an executive-consumable format that drives actionable insights.
Systems, Process & Continuous Improvement
Leverage strong systems knowledge to extract, clean, and interpret financial data efficiently.
Continuously evaluate and implement FP&A best practices.
Bring a high affinity for AI tools; proactively identify opportunities to scale and automate manual reporting and analysis processes.
Operate with speed and agility, moving quickly from problem statement to bottoms-up, data-driven solution, even in ambiguous situations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
Directly manage and develop team members based in Pleasanton, CA and Costa Rica.
Partner effectively with cross functional teams, effectively influence to achieve business outcomes.
Communicate with crystal clarity across all levels, including senior executive audiences.
Bring strong problem-solving skills and comfort operating amid ambiguity.
About You

Our Approach to Flexible Work
With Flex Work, we’re combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote. Our approach enables our teams to deepen connections, maintain a strong community, and do their best work. We know that flexibility can take shape in many ways, so rather than a number of required days in-office each week, we simply spend at least half (50%) of our time each quarter in the office or in the field with our customers, prospects, and partners (depending on role). This means you'll have the freedom to create a flexible schedule that caters to your business, team, and personal needs, while being intentional to make the most of time spent together. Those in our remote "home office" roles also have the opportunity to come together in our offices for important moments that matter.
Pursuant to applicable Fair Chance law, Workday will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records.
