The Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager’s mission is to strategically lead and scale Culture Amp’s multi-tiered ABM strategies. Working collaboratively across marketing, SDR, RevOps/MOPs, you will architect, execute, and optimize full-funnel demand generation programs that move the needle on revenue. The ideal candidate is an expert B2B growth marketer who operates with a high degree of autonomy and possesses strong experience scaling global ABM programs.
As a senior leader within the Global Demand Generation team,you will design and champion our overarching ABM programs. You will own the strategic deployment of 1:few (industry and cohort-aligned), and 1:many (scaled, always-on) ABM programs spanning paid, owned, and earned channels. This role is responsible for the ongoing optimization and account research via the 6sense platform, and will partner closely with Global & Regional leadership to drive high-value New Logo acquisition and support Expansion (Customer) cross-sell motions.
Responsibilities:
- Define, develop, and lead the overarching ABM program for the global upper Commercial & Enterprise segments, ensuring a consistent, personalized experience across channels to accelerate pipeline and growth.
- Architect and execute multi-tiered ABM strategies, including targeted 1:Few plays for top-tier accounts, 1:few industry-specific vertical campaigns, and programmatic 1:many campaigns for broader market capture.
- Serve as the global super-user and strategic marketing owner of the 6sense platform; govern data-driven segment building, mature intent keyword architecture, and automated orchestration playbooks.
- Partner closely with Sales and Regional Marketing Leads to establish deep feedback loops, aligning ABM programs with localized sales goals while maintaining a unified global strategy.
- Establish measurement frameworks and campaign metrics alongside marketing analytics teams
- Oversee the collaborative creation of bespoke content and high-impact messaging tailored to specific target account lists, industries, and/or executive personas across email, executive events, paid media, and conversational marketing.
- Conduct market, industry, and account-level research to uncover unmet needs, pain points, and buying triggers, translating these insights into actionable ABM playbooks.
What You Bring to Our Camp Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven track record of designing, building, and scaling comprehensive 1:few, and 1:many ABM programs that measurably drive net-new ARR and customer expansion in the SaaS/B2B technology space.
- 6+ years of marketing experience, with a heavy emphasis on demand generation, enterprise campaigns, or vertical marketing.
- 3+ years of dedicated Account-Based Marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
- A sophisticated global mindset with the ability to navigate cross-cultural nuances, manage international stakeholder relationships, and localize broad strategies effectively.
- Analytical capabilities; experience translating complex datasets from tools like Looker and Salesforce into executive-ready reports and actionable program iterations.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, able to present strategy, influence stakeholders, and collaborate with senior leadership.
- Strong experience partnering with cross-functional project teams and working in a matrixed environment.
- A results-oriented mindset laser-focused on revenue, deal velocity, and pipeline quality.
- Proactive, highly strategic, and exceptionally adaptable to shifting market dynamics.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ABM orchestration platforms (6sense certification is highly preferred).
- Deep familiarity with integrated B2B tech stacks, including CRM (Salesforce), Marketing Automation (HubSpot/Marketo), CMS platforms, and Business Intelligence (Looker) tools.
- Experience launching successful industry-specific (vertical) ABM motions from scratch.
- A "learn faster through feedback" mentality; an evangelist for ABM who is excited to continuously test hypotheses, iterate on data, and champion the growth of the ABM function at Culture Amp.
