The HRIS & Reporting Specialist serves as the functional owner and
subject matter expert for the organization\'s Workday platform,
responsible for optimizing system configuration, reporting, security,
and data governance across the HR function. This role partners closely
with HR, Finance, Payroll, Corporate IT, and business leaders to deliver
scalable Workday solutions that support HR operations, workforce
planning, compliance, and strategic decision-making. The position leads
Workday configuration, release management, reporting and analytics,
testing, security administration, and continuous process improvement
while ensuring data integrity and an exceptional employee experience.
The ideal candidate combines deep Workday expertise with a proactive,
customer-focused mindset and a passion for leveraging technology to
drive operational excellence and business outcomes. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities: Own Workday Functional Architecture & Configuration
Serve as subject matter expert across all Workday modules including Core
HCM, Compensation, Benefits, Absence, Talent, Payroll, Time Tracking,
and Reporting. Architect and configure business processes, security
roles, condition rules, notifications, calculated fields, and validation
controls. Lead the documentation of business requirements and articulate
end-to-end functional process design for enhancements and new
initiatives. Provide thought leadership on system capabilities,
including a clear understanding of delivered functionality and
configuration limitations. Partner with Corporate IT and external
vendors on integrations, defining functional requirements and leading
testing validation. Lead Release Management, Testing & Continuous
Improvement Maintain awareness of Workday\'s product roadmap and
upcoming releases; assess impact to current configuration and
