What You'll Do
- Up-Skilling Programs: Responsible for designing and implementing up-skilling programs tailored to the needs of the Revenue organization, specifically focusing on Account Executives and Account Management teams involved in New Business and Upsells.
- Enablement Frameworks: Develops standardized enablement frameworks to ensure scalability and consistency across the enablement processes.
- Coaching and Guidance: Leads and coaches the team, offering guidance on program methodology and strategies to enhance program quality and impact.
- Engaging Delivery: Proficient in delivering enablement programs, creating an exceptional user experience, and driving engagement during training sessions.
- Sales Acumen: Establishes credibility with Sales and Account Management stakeholders by demonstrating a deep understanding of sales acumen and processes.
- Measuring Impact: Defines approaches to track and measure the impact of enablement activities on business outcomes, aligning them with key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborates with marketing, product, product marketing, and RevOps teams to ensure consistency in enablement priorities.
- Innovation Driver: Introduces cutting-edge concepts, tools, and tactics to enhance the enablement team’s effectiveness.
- Expert Facilitator: Proficient in delivering impactful presentations, whether in small group settings or large-scale events.
- Continuous Improvement: Provides ongoing coaching and support to sales and account management teams, continuously refining the approach based on business needs and industry trends.
Work Experience What You’ve Done
- Enablement Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience driving enablement programs in mid-sized to large SaaS companies.
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrates a deep understanding of sales enablement methodologies and has successfully applied them across multiple organizations.
- Sales Organization Familiarity: Has worked within a sales organization, comprehending the roles and responsibilities of teams both within the function and cross-functionally.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engaged in programs involving Marketing, Product Marketing, and Product Management.
- Stakeholder Prioritization: Proficient in negotiating priorities with stakeholders for program rollouts.
- Data-Driven Approach: Collaborates closely with RevOps teams to prioritize skill and knowledge development areas using a data-driven approach.
- Additional Expertise: Preferably has experience as a seller, knowledge of HR Tech, and proficiency in asset development and enablement technologies such as Gong, Highspot, Clari, and others.
- Program Management: Demonstrates a proven track record in program and project management skills and successful delivery.
