About the Team
Come join the Revenue and Receivables Product Management team at Workday! We're seeking a Product Manager who wants to build financials software that is very user friendly and requires minimal training to use, all without sacrificing functionality and compliance. Not familiar with the domain? That's fine - we want applicants who are open and eager to learn about financials SaaS products.
About the Role
We're looking for someone that's passionate about creating software products that excite users! As a member of the team, you will gain in depth knowledge of our applications, product development methodology, and processes through formal and informal training to become the owner of the functional application design. You will gather business requirements and produce functional design specifications, to lead the business application design process with Sr. Product Managers and Software Engineers.
As the product expert, the end-to-end experience owner, and the “face” of the product area, you will be the product champion and expert point of contact for implementation consultants, support desk, documentation, sales support and marketing. Our Product Managers partner with Alliances, Product Strategy, Services, Implementers and Product Leads across the business to advise the near-term and long-term product investments, as well as review, comment and follow-up on bug and enhancement requests from our customers.
About You
Basic Qualifications
3+ years experience as a product manager, revenue or receivable manager, or consultant
BA/BS or equivalent experience
Other Qualifications
Functional knowledge of order-to-cash processes
Proven design skills for packaged financial applications for large global enterprises
Hands-on experience with ERP software in large enterprise environments
A highly motivated, quick learner, who thrives on creatively solving tough problems in a fast-paced agile environment.
Ability to drive customer engagement and design discovery conversations
Experience with revenue management in one or more of the following industries: software, high-tech, financial services, professional services, business services

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
