This role requires a blend of strategic vision, technical depth, and exceptional communication skills. You will be responsible for end-to-end success, from building the quality roadmap to overseeing its execution, while engaging and leading key stakeholders.What will you actually be doing?Build our quality strategy and proactively drive the culture change neededOwn the quality domain and serve as a focal point for all QA matters, methodology and convention, in the teamCreate quality processes, define our testing approach and set quality criteriaAnalyze end-to-end system and functional testing and report to key stakeholders, highlighting risks & possible mitigationsBe involved in the design and build process of upcoming product releasesBe part of an agile team, working in CI/CD environment while advocating for high-quality standardsLead the testing cycle domain from planning to deliveryWork closely with the R&D, Customer Success, and Product teamsResearch and suggest how to integrate automation and AI in our quality flow
