As a Junior Systems Administrator, you are accountable for assisting the development, implementation, setup, management, and upkeep of vital platforms and related infrastructure in IT systems. You are an individual who actively engages in technical exploration and advancement to foster ongoing innovation within the infrastructure, while also providing support for the company's internal-facing technologies. You possess a keen interest in acquiring knowledge about emerging technologies and actively contribute to a dynamic and solution-driven team.
Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Act of a first layer of support to any IT System support inquiries.
- Responsible for the maintenance and configuration of employees’ access to various computer systems and tools.
- Monitor performance and uptime, maintain systems according to requirements.
- Troubleshoot issues and outages.
- Ensure security through maintaining and enforcing security policies.
- Participate in SOC compliance efforts and security audits.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Support team on SaaS-related issues.
- Support in New Hire Orientations
- In office support expectations: 3 Days
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- 2-3 years professional IT work experience
- Familiarity and base level understanding of SSO and API’s.
- Experience with administration of SaaS applications like Okta, Google, Slack, and Atlassian.
- Strong service oriented background including ability to multitask
- High level of professionalism and communication
- Independent ability to research technical problems and solutions
