About the Role
Our Product Management team is growing! We are seeking a Manager with a proven understanding of project management and product development, a keen interest and aptitude with ML and UX, and a passion for helping Workmates achieve their career goals. You are a strong, people-first, proactive leader capable of driving the execution of our products to create and enable a seamless Total Rewards product. You will help build and drive our product vision within this product team, leading and growing relationships with customers, and working on tools and frameworks to increase product adoption. The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $180,300 USD - $270,500 USD
