About the Team
The Global Partner Marketing team helps harness the power of Workday’s ecosystem partners to create market distinction, drive awareness, pipeline and preference, to support the growth of Workday. Workday runs a portfolio of internal and external, high-profile events attended by Workday customers, prospective customers, partners, analysts, and employees, designed to educate and inspire attendees resulting in growing brand awareness and sales pipeline. This unique role is focused on delivering superior programs for our Partners and ensuring the Partner experience at Workday global flagship events is world class.
About the Role
The Workday global partner marketing team is seeking a collaborative and experienced marketer to lead our partner marketing efforts in the Americas. This role will work in tight collaboration with the AMER marketing organization, as well as the global Partner team in order to engage the Workday Partner ecosystem, and drive awareness in the AMER market. This individual, reporting to the Head of Global Partner Marketing, will strategize and implement global partner marketing programs supporting Workday’s sales and growth goals. This is a highly visible AMER focused role.
Responsible to establishing and maintaining marketing relationships with Workday partners in the AMER region
Manage the regional specific partner marketing assets that support Workday’s innovation, sales and services partners
Promote regional specific partner marketing assets to all partner types
Maintain regional variations of the Workday.com/partner content
Collaborate with the Director of Partner Engagement to support the Partner experience at North America Workday events (Workday Rising, DevCon, etc.), including on-site experience, communications and metrics
Align with Workday sponsorship team on Partner sponsor activations at events
Collaborate with global partner marketing to promote AMER partner activity through Workday Partner social channels
Act as a conduit between the AMER field marketing teams and partners to ensure partners are actively included in Workday marketing programs and campaigns
Provide dashboards and reports outlining quantifiable results, return on investment, program analyses and recommendations to adjust tactics toover-perform
Be an internal advocate for Partners among key team members
About You
Basic Qualifications
10+ years of B2B marketing experience within technology oriented companies with at least five years in digital, customer or partner marketing capacity
Strategic problem solver with a partner-centric approach and a passion for technology and innovation
Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, draw actionable insights, and make data-driven decisions.

Candid, self-starting
Agility and ability to prioritize is critical
Strong executive presence
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or relevant years of work experience

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $160,000 USD - $240,000 USD
