What you can expect
In this role, you will enable our Channel Partners and Solution Engineers at Workvivo. You will craft and implement the enablement strategy and roadmap to onboard and upskill Channel Partners on all things Workvivo. You will also help develop and scale a technical enablement program for a Solution Engineering technical audience.

What we’re looking for
8+ years of SaaS Partner Enablement, Technical Enablement, Sales Enablement or Channel Management experience
Experience building relationships with and influencing cross-functional senior leadership
Experience with SaaS tech stacks, able to streamline workflows
Experience designing and implementing scalable, repeatable enablement programs
Experience adjusting strategies, structures, and programs with a metrics-driven approach that is linked to learning outcomes
Demonstrate knowledge of adult learning methodologies, principles, and evaluation models
