Senior Sales Operations Specialist
About the Role:
As a Senior Sales Operations Specialist, you will be part of the RevOps team and play a key part in defining, building and advancing Workvivo’s go-to-market strategy. Your mission will be to design and build operational models, support strategic planning, and deliver quantitative analyses on a broad range of business topics. You will have the opportunity to become a trusted partner who will drive innovation and effectiveness across the global go to market org.
This is a new role with a unique opportunity to influence strategic decisions that will have a significant impact on the growth and profitability of the business.
Responsibilities:
Serve as the trusted advisor and thought partner to Workvivo’s Head of Sales.
Manage operating routines that facilitate decision-making, autonomy, leadership alignment, and team engagement, inclusive of staff meetings, operational reviews etc. Set the agenda, participate in the meetings, document decisions, and communicate outcomes.
Provide analytical leadership, create meaningful business insights, establish strategic operational priorities, and develop key performance metrics.
Drive & support planning efforts covering sales strategy, quota setting, team structure and territory assignments.
Lead sales pipeline and forecast management process, working to ensure forecast accuracy and overall pipeline health.
Oversee sales team productivity and track critical KPIs (close rate, pipeline growth, upsell, cross-sell, churn rate, etc.).
Establish highly repeatable and scalable sales processes, automation, and reporting methodologies for implementation across regions.
Conduct historical reviews of account performance, account segmentation, prioritization, and oversee win/loss analysis and other predictive analytics.
Create and maintain sales policies, processes, and procedures that align with the company’s goals and objectives.
Continuously identify, surface, and act on opportunities for process improvement, automation, and system enhancements to drive efficiency, scalability and reduction of sales friction.
Set up, configure, manage, and troubleshoot issues in our tech stack to ensure that our tools create efficiency and drive best practices.
Qualifications:
Degree educated with 5+ years of relevant sales/business/finance operations experience with solid understanding of SaaS business models.
Advanced experience working with Salesforce.
Strong communication skills, including the ability to summarize and visualize complex analyses that tell a compelling story.
Attention to detail, accuracy, resourcefulness, and ability to follow-through.
Ability to thrive in a changing environment and to manage and prioritize multiple initiatives.
Advanced knowledge of MS Excel required, including complex nested functions, lookups, pivot tables, and modeling.
