The Workday Global Partner Organization is focused on building a vibrant and growing economy with our partners, powered by our technology. The Partner Innovation team in GPO supports innovation in the partner ecosystem and helps partners build impactful solutions for the Workday Solution Marketplace.
About the Role
The Partner Integration Architect provides technical advisory and co-development services to Workday partners that help them build certified integrations and packaged solutions aligned to industry to increase sales success.
Workday's Partner Integration Architects are experts in integration patterns and practices, providing valuable internal support. They combine the skills of a software architect, delivery lead, and project manager to assist partners in designing and building their solutions.
Partner Integration Architects work closely with Software Alliances and Solution Management as well as Product and Industry Strategy to help review, prioritize and deliver the roadmap of certified integrations and solutions.
About You
Basic Qualifications
Partner Integration Architect
1+ years of Workday experience
2+ years experience designing, building and troubleshooting software integrations
1+ years experience with web service technologies (SOAP, REST, JSON, HTTP and SSL, etc)
Other Qualifications
Experience with XML technologies and standards (XML, XSD, XSLT, and XPath, etc)
Superior detail orientation, organization, and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities
Ability to communicate optimally with a diverse group of people and individuals at different levels within the organization
Ability to multitask and handle many projects at one time
Experience with Workday Payroll and/or Payroll Integration strongly preferred
Experience with Workday integrations preferred
Experience in the Workday software alliances ecosystem a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $114,400 USD - $171,400 USD
