The Opportunity
The HRIS Analyst supports HR Operations technology processes, with a focus on HRIS functional support, documentation, testing, release readiness, and process improvement. This role supports a broad range of HR technology capabilities and employee lifecycle processes across HR Operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, collaborative, and able to follow through on assigned work while escalating questions, risks, and decisions appropriately.
This role partners with HR Operations, Payroll, HRBPs, IT, Compensation, Talent, managers, business stakeholders, vendors, consultants, and HR technology support resources to coordinate issue tracking, testing, documentation, follow-up, and status updates.
How You’ll Make an Impact

HRIS Functional Support: Support assigned HR technology processes and system functionality across the employee lifecycle. Research issues, document requirements, coordinate testing, maintain documentation, support adoption, and identify routine process improvements.

Project and Roadmap Tracking: Maintain project trackers, timelines, milestones, risks, dependencies, decisions, and follow-up items to support HR technology roadmap planning, release readiness, stakeholder updates, and prioritization.

Capacity and Prioritization Support: Track project demand, timing conflicts, resource needs, and competing priorities to support sequencing of HR Operations work.

Audit, Control, and Compliance Documentation: Maintain documentation and gather support for audit, compliance, data governance, access review, and control requests.

Workday Release Readiness: Track release activities, testing progress, stakeholder input, communication needs, documentation updates, and post-release follow-up.
What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, Technology, or a related field required; equivalent experience may be considered.

Three years of experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR technology, Workday support, process improvement, project coordination, or related HR service delivery required.

HRIS or HR technology experience preferred, especially with system support, testing, release readiness, documentation, reporting, employee lifecycle processes, or process improvement.

Strong organization, documentation, analytical, communication, follow-through, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage confidential information, partner across teams, and escalate issues appropriately.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications

HR technology training or certification.

Project coordination, change management, Agile, CAPM, or similar certification or practical experience preferred.

Experience supporting audit documentation, data governance, reporting accuracy, HR data quality, or control-related processes.
