Job Description
Due to expansion in our European business, we are looking for a new colleague to join our highly skilled, hardworking and friendly team in London.
Reporting to the VP Sales - UK, the Enterprise Sales Account Executive is responsible for selling Appcast’s Solutions to direct enterprise employers in the UK and Europe focussing on new business.
- Prospect, pitch and sell Appcast Solutions to direct employers at large enterprise organisations.
- Develop and close sales opportunities.
- Conduct online product demonstrations.
- Use both traditional and electronic communication tools to contact prospective customers.
- Attend industry conferences and events to represent the business and attract new customers.
Qualifications
Your Skills and Qualifications
- 5 years of experience selling high value solutions in an Enterprise environment, preferably in the HR Tech or Talent Acquisition space.
- Previous experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
- Bachelor’s Degree is a strong asset.
- ‘Hunter mentality’ for prospecting and closing sales with a demonstrated history of consistently achieving targets.
- Strong consultative selling skills with the ability to understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions to meet their objectives.
Travel Requirements
- The role will require travel within the UK and Europe to see prospects and customers as dictated by business needs and overseas travel to North America for internal company meetings.
- A current passport is required.
