Job OverviewAs a Senior Product Manager, Data & Analytics you will lead the strategy, development, and delivery of a portfolio of data and analytics products, including customer-facing analytics solutions, data delivery products, and the common data platform that serves as the foundation for scalable reporting, analytics, AI, and future data products across the organization. Your focus will be on driving data product strategy, executing roadmaps, and delivering enterprise-scale SaaS, analytics, and data platform solutions. You will work closely with product owners, engineering, analytics, data science, architecture, sales, marketing, customer success, and executive stakeholders, you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of data products, from discovery through market launch, adoption, optimization, and retirement. This role requires a combination of product leadership, technical fluency, commercial acumen, and a proven track record of bringing data products to market.

ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy and Roadmap (Discovery):
- Define and evolve the vision, strategy, and roadmap for customer-facing analytics, data feeds, internal analytics solutions, and the Common Data Platform.
- Develop investment strategies that balance customer needs, business priorities, and platform scalability.
- Define and own product outcomes, success metrics, and long-term growth strategies.
- Identify market opportunities and customer needs through research, customer engagement, competitive analysis, and quantitative insights.
- Partner with product owners across analytics, platform, and application domains to align priorities, dependencies, and outcomes across the portfolio.
- Establish a long-term strategy for shared data assets, reporting frameworks, analytics capabilities, data extraction services, and platform services.
- Act as the primary voice of the customer for data and analytics products, ensuring customer needs are represented throughout the product lifecycle.
- Knowledgeable of Privacy by Design (PbD) guidelines and processes; able to identify privacy risks and successfully complete discovery assessments.
Product Development (Development):
- Partner with engineering, data engineering, analytics, architecture, and data science teams to ensure delivery aligns with product strategy and customer needs.
- Define and prioritize product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and success measures.
- Drive development of reusable data assets, common data models, APIs, integration frameworks, and analytics capabilities that enable multiple downstream products.
- Serve as the bridge between stakeholders including executives, sales, marketing, customer success, support, legal, compliance, and engineering.
- Lead prioritization discussions and manage trade-offs across customer-facing and platform investments.
- Define and monitor key product and delivery metrics.
- Lead go-to-market readiness activities for new data products and enhancements.
- Maintain an agile mindset to adapt to evolving customer, regulatory, market, and technology needs.
- Work closely with release management and customer-facing teams to ensure successful launches and adoption.
- Ensure development PbD assessments are finalized and approved.
Execution and Delivery (Launch):
- Lead launch planning and execution for analytics solutions, data products, and platform capabilities.
- Partner with Product Marketing to define product positioning, value propositions, packaging, and messaging.
- Develop customer enablement strategies, including documentation, training, and adoption programs.
- Work closely with sales, customer Success, and solutions consulting teams to support customer adoption and growth.
- Define and support pricing and packaging strategies for data and analytics products.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the data product portfolio and represent the business in customer and industry discussions.
Performance Tracking and Optimization (Grow and Retire):
- Define and measure product success using adoption, engagement, revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational metrics.
- Recommend data-driven product enhancements and investment opportunities.
- Continuously optimize products based on customer feedback, market trends, usage analytics, and business performance.
- Monitor product health and execution against strategic objectives.
- Manage business performance for assigned products, including revenue opportunities, adoption targets, and investment decisions.
- Develop retirement, migration, and modernization strategies for legacy data assets and products when necessary.
Operational / Behavioral:
- Build strong partnerships and influence stakeholders across business and technology organizations.
- Lead strategic discussions and align teams around shared outcomes.
- Effectively communicate complex data and technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Foster a data-driven culture by promoting measurement, experimentation, and continuous improvement.
- Actively engage customers, prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand challenges and opportunities.
- Mentor and coach product owners and junior product managers within the portfolio.
- Operate with a high degree of ownership, autonomy, creativity, and accountability.
Qualifications- 5+ years of product management experience, with significant experience leading data products, analytics platforms, reporting solutions, data services, or data platform initiatives.
- Proven track record of bringing data products to market and driving measurable customer adoption and business outcomes.
- Experience defining product strategy, roadmaps, pricing, packaging, and go-to-market plans for customer-facing and platform-based products
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data modeling, reporting and analytics ecosystems, APIs, integrations, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
- Experience working with product owners, data engineers, software engineers, architects, analysts, and data scientists.
- Familiarity with modern data platforms, cloud technologies, data governance, privacy, security, and AI-enabled analytics solutions.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to connect technical investments to customer value and business outcomes.
- Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities.
- Knowledgeable of Privacy by Design (PbD) guidelines and processes; able to identify privacy risks and successfully complete assessments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
- Experience incorporating AI into day-to-day product management practices to improve productivity, accelerate delivery, enhance customer understanding, and support data-driven decision making.
Preferred- BA/BS or equivalent in related field

Compensation and BenefitsWe accept applications for this position on an ongoing basis until the position is filled. Applications will be reviewed as they are received, and qualified candidates may be contacted throughout the posting period.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is $135,000-165,000.00 annually. Final compensation will be based on factors such as relevant experience, skills, education, internal equity, and market data. This range aligns with our commitment to equitable and transparent compensation practices, as required by applicable law.
