Job OverviewThe Competitive Intelligence (CI) Program Manager keeps iCIMS one step ahead of the competition. You’ll run the day-to-day engine of our CI program — collecting, synthesizing, and distributing competitive and market intelligence so Sales, Product, and Marketing can make faster, sharper decisions.
You’ll build that engine AI-first. We expect you to use generative AI, agents, and automation to monitor the market continuously, turn raw signals into insight in hours instead of weeks, and scale CI well beyond what one person could do manually. You’ll work closely with Product Marketing, Sales Enablement, Labs, Decision Support, and senior leadership, and your work will inform pricing, product strategy, sales tactics, corporate development, and marketing campaigns.
This is a high-visibility role for a curious, tech-forward self-starter who doesn’t wait to be asked — someone who spots a competitor’s move first, knows what it means for ICIMS, and gets the answer to the right people before the question comes up.
