Solutions Engineer, Workvivo
What you can expect
As a Solutions Engineer, you will collaborate with Sales Directors, engage in a consultative selling, understand the customer’s business needs. You will also capture needs and requirements and then demonstrate and propose Workvivo solutions. You will work in close collaboration with the Solutions Team, the customer experience team, marketing and product development. You will leverage the tools and resources available to you to help accelerate sales opportunities and pipeline creation. This will be Workvivo's first SE hire in LATAM.

What we’re looking for
- 2 years + in a similar role.
- Have drive, ambition, and a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate trusted advisor status by demonstrating a solid understanding of the Customers business objectives.
- Have excellent communication skills written, verbal, one-to-one, and group.
- Able to take responsibility for the problem statement and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner.
- Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
- Able to work to deadlines and be comfortable with juggling various tasks of a different nature.
- Fluency in English, Portuguese, and Spanish is required.
