We’re looking to take our product analytics to the next level. As a Lead Product Analyst at Culture Amp you’ll spearhead analytics initiatives that empower our product leadership with insights about our customers and our business that weren’t possible before. Being a leader of a dynamic team, your role will require a balance of delivering immediate analytics outcomes and long term strategic focus. In doing so, you’ll unlock value that can help delight our customers with our product and create a better world of work.
Our stack is constantly evolving, and consists of:
- Amplitude for digital product analytics
- Looker for general purpose reporting
- Redshift as our SQL engine
- dbt for data modeling
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will
- Work closely with senior product leadership, partner with finance team, data teams across Culture Amp to improve our data culture, increase analytics maturity and in turn impact business goals
- Strategically plan analytics to efficiently uncover useful insights, anchor product decisions on quantifiable metrics and easily report product success
- Drive mid to long term analytics initiatives that will have broad impact on multiple domains or departments
- Lead and inspire the product analytics team, championing recognition, proactivity, and adaptability within the team
- Coaching analysts on data visualization, analytical thinking and persuasive communication
- Developing frameworks and best practices for both technical and human skills used by other product analysts
You have
- Advanced SQL for descriptive analytics, with a big data system like Redshift, SparkSQL, Presto or BigQuery.
- High competency with product analytics systems such as Amplitude and business intelligence (BI) tools such as Looker for data visualization. Experience coaching others on data visualization.
- Experience with templates or best practices for product analytics tracking instrumentation systems such as Amplitude or CDP such as Segment.
- Understanding of common software practices such as version control, continuous deployment, and automated testing.

- Able to make the complex simple, to persuasively communicate, collaborate with and coordinate a range of senior leaders within the business.
- Proven at developing the skills of the people you work with; coaching and sharing your analytics knowledge with other analysts and with stakeholders
- Adaptability, able to adjust planned work by gathering relevant information and applying critical thinking to address multiple demands and competing priorities in a changing environment. Motivates those around them to respond constructively to change.
