As our most senior leaders on projects, they often manage a portfolio of complex projects and provide oversight for all platform deployments. Project Directors lead and influence high-impact decisions among both internal and external executives. They demonstrate proficiency with multiple Workday product suites. A crucial aspect of the role is to develop and continuously improve our deployment methodology. Project Directors possess expert-level knowledge of the Workday Deployment Methodology and adeptly adapt it to meet unique customer requirements and challenges. Providing strategic guidance, thought leadership, and mentorship to consultants and senior/principal Engagement Managers is vital for success as a Project Director. Core Responsibilities: Lead and manage Workday deployments across various modules (HCM, Payroll, Financials, Supply Chain). Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling issue resolution and concerns. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Contribute to the strategic growth of the Professional Services organization. About You This role demands a seasoned professional with a deep understanding of Workday and a proven track record in project management and client relationship management. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong communication and problem-solving skills who can thrive in a dynamic environment. Experience with Healthcare and/or Public Sector customers would be a definite advantage. Basic Qualifications: Workday Expertise: 5+ years of hands-on experience leading Workday deployments across multiple modules is a MUST. Client-Facing Experience: 10+ years in a customer-facing role with a focus on issue resolution and relationship management. Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities, including comfort interacting with senior executives. Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively. Problem-Solving: Demonstrated initiative, flexibility, and follow-through in a fast-paced environment. Leadership: Proven ability to lead/support a team, contributing to the strategic direction of the Professional Services team and promote a positive work environment. Other Qualifications: Prior experience in Healthcare and/or Public Sector deployments is a plus Adaptability to a constantly evolving and innovative environment.
