About the Team
We are the Customer Deployment Tools (CDT) engineering team at Workday -- responsible for delivering cloud-based software tools to onboard new customers and allow existing customers to uptake new Workday products and manage their application lifecycle.

As part of our team you would
- Shape the development team to help build the next evolution of Workday’s SaaS deployment tools
- Working with Product Management, align highly technical projects with the goals of the business
- Influence and impact the wider organisation, bringing your skills and experiences to drive excellence in all areas of what we do
- Partner with other Engineering Leaders to drive short and long term roadmaps.
- Develop, coach and mentor engineers with empathy, helping them advance their careers
About You
The successful candidate will be able to balance multiple priorities with the ability to communicate effectively across organisation boundaries. You will be passionate about building high quality enterprise applications and be innovative in your ideas whilst building positive relationships with diverse teams within an organisation.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in a people-leading position
- 5+ years working with in a technical SaaS-based industry
Other Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher, in Computer Science/Engineering or relevant field
- You have a good understanding of agile product development and how to bring a product from idea into the hands of customers.
- Experience in building frameworks, components and API delineated solutions.
- Experience developing software using all aspects of OO design, construction, and automated testing.
- You are passionate about finding ways to develop people and improve processes
Workday Pay Transparency Statement
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location: USA.UT.Salt Lake City
Primary Location Base Pay Range: $148,000 USD - $222,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $140,600 USD - $264,000 USD
