The Workday Extend team is changing the way enterprise customers build their application & integration landscape by providing products and tools that are vital to adapt to a constantly evolving world. We are looking for a creative and hardworking individual, with experience building customer communities and crafting presentations that help us advance our mission of empowering customers to tackle problems and build phenomenal apps for people and finance.
About the Role
The Outbound Product Manager role for Extend and Orchestrate is a dynamic and highly visible role. You will be the global authority on our products, representing the product at major events and conferences. You will partner closely with our inbound product leaders and marketing leaders to craft a cohesive strategy for product adoption, positioning, and differentiation in the marketplace.
About You
You possess an understanding of Workday Extend, Orchestrate, or any of our builder tools. You understand its value propositions, ideally backed by hands-on implementation experience. You are an engaging presenter, adept at crafting compelling value stories, and passionate about how Outbound is shaping the way product managers interact with the world.
Your responsibilities encompass setting the product strategy for our customer experience, defining the execution plan, guiding product design and development, and developing go-to-market strategies to drive value, awareness, and adoption of our products. You'll focus on expanding and nurturing the developer ecosystem, ensuring the technology reaches our entire customer base.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of experience in product management, engineering development, technical consulting or equivalent
3+ years of experience of customer facing interactions and engagement
Other Qualifications
Knowledge of Workday's technical building tools like integrations, Workday Studio or Workday Extend
Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Product Marketing and content creation background is desired.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred and MBA degree is a plus

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants. Each candidate’s compensation offer will be based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need, among other things. Primary Location Base Pay Range: $118,000 USD - $177,000 USD
Additional US Location(s) Base Pay Range: $112,100 USD - $204,000 USD
