What you can expect
As a key contributor at Workvivo, you will understand customer needs and deliver compelling product demos. You will play a crucial role in expanding activities in Japan and APAC, using available resources to drive sales opportunities. Leading responses to Request for Information (RFI) & Request for Proposals (RFP), and deliver Evaluations (Eval) & Proof of Concept (POC) will be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with partner, customer experience, marketing, and product development teams is essential. This position is based in Tokyo, Japan.

What we’re looking for
5 years in a similar role (Solution Engineer, Pre-sales Engineer, or relevant technical & customer facing roles).
Have fluent Japanese and English, as well as excellent communication skills written, verbal, one-to-one, and group.(This is Tokyo based role.)
Have drive, ambition, and a positive attitude.
Demonstrate trusted advisor status by demonstrating a solid understanding of the Customers business objectives.
Able to take responsibility for the problem statement and work collaboratively to resolve issues in a timely manner.
Have ownership and responsibility, proactively make suggestions and is comfortable leading internal projects, ability to function effectively in ambiguous circumstances.
Able to work to deadlines and be comfortable with juggling various tasks of a different nature.

求めるスキル/ご経験
5年以上の同様の職務経験(ソリューションエンジニア、プリセールスエンジニア、または関連する技術的および顧客対応業務)
流暢な日本語と英語、そして優れたコミュニケーションスキル(特にお客様に対して優れたstory tellerであること)をお持ちの方
