Job Summary:
As the Product Manager, IX (Integration Experience) at Phenom People, you will be responsible for driving the strategy, development, and launch of our candidate experience product. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver a best-in-class candidate experience that aligns with our company's vision and goals.
What You'll Do:
- Experience interfacing with customers or development teams
- Experience with JIRA or equivalent product development management tools
- Storytelling and vision setting skills
- Proficiency with Agile/Scrum/Kanban development methodologies
- Knowledge of the recruiting/talent acquisition industry
- Experience working with international teams
- Experience at a startup/fast paced environment
- Experience building integration frameworks for enterprise platforms
- Experience consuming and developing solutions that are highly interactive with internal/external APIs and web services
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing developer-focused / API-centric products
- 4-7 years of SaaS product management experience
- Experience building iPaaS products
- Experience building solutions that sync data between enterprise HR systems
What You've Done:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in the HR or recruitment industry
- Strong understanding of candidate experience and its impact on talent acquisition
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products from ideation to launch
- Experience in managing and leading cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
