What we’re looking for
Experience in Internal Comms/ Consultancy.
Have excellent communication skills - written, verbal, one on one, group, formal presentations. Able to produce well-structured and clear customer facing documentation and reports.
Be able to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Have created and delivered end-to-end communications strategies with the ability to articulate the impact of these strategies through quantitative data.
Have working knowledge of localisation, geographical and cultural complexities as it relates to communications.
Be able to manage internal communications channels across a variety of different content types.
Be able to make quick decisions and be able to keep track of deadlines and agendas.
Have consultancy skills with the ability to identify and promote business benefits to a client.
Provide excellent customer service skills –hugely responsive internally and to customers.
