- The Compensation Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive compensation programs that support the strategic goals of Employ. This role requires a strategic leader who can develop and execute strategies that attract, retain, and motivate top talent, ensuring that our rewards offerings are competitive and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Develop and implement a forward-thinking total rewards strategy, including compensation, and recognition programs, aligned with the company’s goals and objectives.
Develop,design and administer base salary structures, incentive plans, and executive compensation programs to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness.
Ensure that all compensation programs comply with federal, state, and local regulations, and company policies and procedures.
