The primary goal is to guide Customers throughout the Onboarding Journey - collaborating on tasks like goal setting, platform setup, product training & change management. About the Team
Workvivo’s Onboarding Project Team is a group of world-class Implementation experts that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers. The team guide them through our tried & tested onboarding methodology. Our main focus is to upskill project teams on all of the fantastic Workvivo features, share all of our best practices, support them through change management & ultimately make sure their Workvivo launch is a huge success. There is no better feeling!!
What we’re looking for
• Experience in a customer-facing role
• Experience using software project implementation techniques and approaches
• Experience proactively manage multiple customer projects within scope and schedule
• Experience delivering high customer satisfaction with every interaction
• Experience delivering training workshops and presentations in person and by video conferencing
• Experience collaborating with key stakeholder internally across Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support
