The Deal Desk OperationsAssociate will be a key member of the Deal Strategy & Operations team developing to become a trusted and strategic partner to sales and cross-functional teams to optimize the deal lifecycle, scale operations and drive growth and profitability delivering the best outcomes for Deel and our customers while executing with Deel Speed.
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day quote management and approvals.
Operate within established SLAs, ensuring timely delivery of compliant and commercially sound offers with field sales.
Ensure compliance with internal controls.
Partner in a trusted advisor capacity to field sales and other internal partners.
Provide thought leadership to develop innovative deal structures, handle risk within the contractual terms and structure and educate the sales team on optimal deal configuration and bundles.
Develop best practices for pricing and commercial terms, based on the improved use of data and market knowledge to support decision making.
Support operational efforts to drive productivity, process improvements across the deal lifecycle.
Some key qualifications
Have 1-2 years of experience in a Operations function supporting a regional sales team
Strong analytical background within strong problem solving skills
Thorough understanding of standard business practices related to GTM Operations processes and systems.
Positive team player and effective communicator with all levels of management and cross-functional organizations
