About the Role
You will orchestrate the vision, strategy, and roadmap execution within our suite of Contract Intelligence & Analytics features. Your leadership will be critical in realizing our innovative vision to deliver best-in class-AI at scale, to transform how major companies optimize and streamline key business processes related to negotiating and handling their contracts.
Applying your expertise your role will be instrumental in advancing our initiatives and delivering outstanding value to business professionals world-wide.
Product Leadership & Collaboration:
Create and implement a comprehensive product vision and strategy for the portfolio tailored to the business needs of a diverse set of enterprise customers
Establish strong and positive relationships with engineering, data science, product management, design and product marketing teams to implement the vision, strategy and roadmap
Partner with the Evisort data science team as they develop new artificial intelligence models, using domain knowledge to influence product decisions
Collaborate closely with a diverse set of people including domain experts, technology teams, and external collaborators to align on specific needs of customers.
Product Development:
Be responsible for the ideation, design, and implementation of new AI products and features, incorporating generative and predictive AI technologies to address the various challenges at major companies
Define product requirements based on industry trends, compliance standards, and customer feedback
Clear articulation of various monetization strategies to increase revenue, coupled with tactical execution within Evisort’s Contract Intelligence portfolio to achieve these business goals
Team Leadership:
Market Analysis:
Stay informed about advancements in generative and predictive AI, machine learning, and the broader legal tech landscape
Conduct market research to find opportunities and challenges unique to the targeted industry
About You

Demonstrated ability product development with a focus on AI solutions.
Shown success bringing AI and ML based products and features to market.
Demonstrated ability in law, contract management, management consulting, or a degree in law.
Knowledgeable about legal contracts and particularly clause types and key data points, or able to quickly get up to speed on clause types and different contract data points.
Experience in assessing opportunity size for AI products that incorporate generative and predictive AI technologies.
Experience assessing AI metrics and business impact of AI products.
Ability to engage on technical decisions - technical background a plus
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and tools relevant to legal applications
Excellent at clear and logical communication of technical requirements
Successful track record of leading cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, agile startup environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with various partners
Experience in client-facing roles, with skills to bridge the gap between internal and external requirements
You are a logical problem solver, capable of distilling sophisticated use cases and patterns into logical and well communicated implementations
You are a problem solver, able to break down a large and complex problem into discrete pieces of customer value that can be delivered incrementally and iteratively
Comfortable navigating ambiguity to turn challenges into clear and compelling solutions through reasoning and research

The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location and any additional locations are listed below. Workday pay ranges vary based on work location. As a part of the total compensation package, this role may be eligible for the Workday Bonus Plan or a role-specific commission/bonus, as well as annual refresh stock grants.
