What you can expect
We are looking for a PMO Manager to work closely with our teams to hold them accountable. You’ll be in charge of setting up a governance framework to help the CX Organization achieve its goals and outcomes. By creating processes, tools and methods to ensure projects are delivered. Regularly, you will review project data to spot trends, capture lessons learned and drive improvement for better efficiency. You will also be assisting senior management to help with smooth operations.
About the Team
This role is part of the Workvivo CX Operations team, which supports different areas like Strategic Customers, Support, Onboarding, and Customer Success. The team focuses on delivering top-notch customer experiences and keeping customers happy. As PMO Manager, you'll make sure everyone in the CX organization meets our high standards and keeps customer satisfaction high. You’ll work closely with CX Management and the Sales Partners team.
What we’re looking for
Experience of client-facing experience in a high-performance SaaS, consulting or services company
Demonstrate technical proficiency in project management, execution, and delivery
Have excellent report writing and communications skills
Able to communicate with authority to multiple audiences, including senior leadership
Able to build relationships and drive trust with internal teams
Able to set up ongoing procedures to collect and review information as needed Able to leverage data-driven insights to refine project management and operations processes and enhance overall performance
