Your Success Profile
What You Will Work On
- Configuring, troubleshooting, monitoring, and administering our catalog of SaaS applications.
- Maintain our SSO and identity provider integrations in SaaS applications.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define system requirements, evaluate SaaS solutions, and make informed decisions on implementation and integration.
- Conducting regular audits and assessments of SaaS environments to identify areas for improvement, optimize resource utilization, and enhance overall system performance.
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in SaaS, cloud computing, and system administration, and proactively recommend innovative solutions to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture.
- Develop and maintain documentation for supported applications, processes, integrations, and any other training materials for internal employees and IT Staff.
- Serve as a point of escalation for the IT Systems team on SaaS-related issues.
- Make recommendations to the IT Manager on all aspects of the Systems side of the IT department.
- Architect and configure automations that enhance onboarding, mid cycle, and off-boarding user lifecycle management.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional IT Systems experience
- Experience administering Okta and building custom integrations with SAML, OAuth2, OIDC, and SCIM with Okta API Access Management and Device Trust
- Experience with Okta Workflows and Okta Identity Governance.
- Experience with SaaS Operation platforms.
- Experience extending and working with Active Directory and Windows in AWS/Azure
- Experience with mentoring individuals and being the bar raiser in the team. You are approachable, and the team can count on you to support them with challenging tasks.
- You are not afraid of technical details, you learn fast, and you are motivated to understand every aspect of your product
The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $127,000.00 to $139,000.00 per year.
