About the Team
Workvivo’s Onboarding Project Team is a group of world-class Implementation experts that partner up with all of our Workvivo Customers. The team guide them through our tried & tested onboarding methodology. Our main focus is to upskill project teams on best-in-class features, and sharing our best practices. We also support customers through change management, making sure their launch is a huge success. There is no better feeling!!
Responsibilities
Standardizing project delivery that makes our service scalable and efficient without compromising on customer satisfaction or quality
Achieving key metrics such as: customer satisfaction & on-time delivery
Partnering with key internal stakeholders in Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support to deliver a unified experience to all customers
Understanding customer’s desired business outcomes, developing key performance indicators (KPIs) and working with internal stakeholders to exceed these
What we’re looking for
Able to speak/converse in Spanish or Portuguese
Able to work a hybrid schedule from our San Jose or Denver locations
Experience in a customer facing role
Experience using software project implementation techniques and approaches
Experience proactively managing multiple customer projects within scope and schedule
Experience delivering high customer satisfaction with every interaction
Experience delivering training workshops and presentations in person and by video conferencing
Experience collaborating with key stakeholders internally across Customer Success, Product, Engineering and Support
Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$76,800.00
Maximum:
$186,200.00
In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
