The Unemployment Claims Associate will work within the Risk & Insurance team to assist with resolving vendor inquiries, and remitting information to state agencies. This is a temporary, 5-month contract.
What You Will Work On
- Process unemployment claims, wage and benefit audits, and other urgent requests from unemployment state departments accurately and timely.
- Support team with the implementation of enhancements throughout the unemployment process.
- Liaise between Third Party Administrator (TPA) and Unemployment State Departments to create efficient claims processing.
- Collect and prepare customer data and other sensitive business information to timely remit to vendors and applicable state agencies.
- Resolve issues/inquiries generated by our Customer Success team and internal ticket creation system.
- Assist senior team members in building out internal resources (help articles, training decks, etc.)
- Collect, scan, sort and file mail.
- Manage and process Unemployment Claims with an emphasis on data gathering, client communication and case building.
- Audit, verify and protest unemployment benefit charge statements.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Experience in an unemployment claims, operations, or customer service related field preferred.
- Experience with utilizing multiple systems and software programs.
