Manage partner relationships, governance, marketing priorities, implementation strategy/tracking, GTM initiatives, enablement priorities Create and manage account plans for a portfolio of emerging regional partnerships to achieve revenue, pipeline, and delivery goals; while aligning closely with field and targeted partners (sell with/sell thru/sell to) Develop joint Business Development plans to incubate partnerships Develop strong offerings to differentiate the partners and drive pipeline growth Collaborate with Partner Marketing to plan and execute campaigns to drive GTM efforts Collaborate with the Partnerships team, Sales, Marketing, Product/Engineering and Services teams for success Collaborate with Public Sector sales team to develop and manage Public Sector partnership strategy Support sales enablement of regional partnerships 12+ years' of experience in enterprise software and/or consulting - with sales and alliance experience - with a track record of developing strategic and mutually beneficial partnerships Program management skillset Team player with “can do attitude” Strategic thinker who can execute Excellent communicator with strong presence HR technology background preferred Strong stakeholder management skills - building and maintaining executive relationships Expertise in GTM models (sell with, sell thru and sell to) Ability to understand, develop and navigate complex sales cycles involving a variety of stakeholders Self-starter comfortable with ambiguity Ability to set priorities, stay focused on detailed execution while maintaining strategic vision Ability to motivate internal and external teams to deliver agreed upon goals Ability to travel 30% of the time Experience working in Public Sector preferred Experience our comprehensive benefits with family medical, vision and dental coverage, a competitive base salary, and eligibility for equity awards and discretionary bonuses or commissions.
