Job Description
The isolved Network Implementation Project Manager works directly with new partners to ensure the onboarding process is successful while also ensuring our system is configured to their unique business needs to support their client base. The position works within a designated project plan to ensure project deliverables are met.
Core Job Duties
- Understanding of the isolved platform system configuration for Certified Network Partners (CNPs), both traditional service bureaus and PEOs, to assist new partners through the isolved onboarding process, which includes gathering requirements and ensuring the partners' isolved environment is configured accurately according to their business needs.
- Monitor the implementation process for potential issues and escalate as needed to ensure the CNPs needs are met, and the project plan schedule is maintained.
- Work on provisioning system level technical items for CNP, such as NACHA bank file(s) set up, new hire reporting files, security, and system level tables to ensure isolved is configured based on the CNP needs
- Support the CNP related to system level items, such as billing, taxes, system calculations, and ensuring understanding of security access within the system.
- Troubleshoot system level and client level technical or configuration issues for the CNPs
- Address technical questions of the CNPs after their classroom training and as they begin their client migration process.
- Provide training and understanding to the CNP of the intricate details of configuring system level tables, client level tables and employee level tables and how they relate to each other.
Minimum Qualifications
- Direct experience using isolved in the PEO industry
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2-3 years of direct experience, with 1+ year of management experience.
- Associates degree or equivalent business experience
- 2+ years software implementation experience, preferably in a SaaS environment
- Proven track record of working in a customer facing role
- Demonstrated functional business process knowledge related to payroll services
- Demonstrated strong technical aptitude and capabilities
- Basic understanding of banking and NACHA files
- Demonstrated success in a role requiring strong attention to details, teamwork, and initiative
- Demonstrated passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Excellent presentation, written communication, and interpersonal skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail is required
- Flexible approach, ability to adapt quickly and operate effectively within a dynamic, growth-oriented company
- Driven, self-motivated, enthusiastic, with a "can do" and "go the extra mile" attitude
- FCP or CPP certification (preferred)
