Job Description
The isolved Migration Specialist will be responsible for migrating customers from legacy systems to the isolved solution. As technical experts, they will utilize the migration tool to extract, transform and load data into isolved. They will build the customer, validate and balance historical data to ensure the next payroll can be run accurately.
Core Job Duties
- Verify data files and reports from legacy system
- Utilize the migration tool to upgrade clients to isolved
- Map earnings, deductions and taxes
- Translate the data and ensure accuracy
- Troubleshoot errors
- Escalate potential issues early to resolve without affecting upgrade timeline.
- Contribute to the evolution and improvement of the upgrade process and how we can more efficiently meet the needs of the customer.
- Analyze client's existing systems, interface requirements, and business processes.
Minimum Qualifications
- Typically requires a minimum of 3 - 6 years of related experience.
- Functional payroll experience (min 3 years)
- Strong technical understanding and capabilities
- Strong Attention to detail, teamwork, initiative driven
- Ability to balance data
- Strong excel skills
- Fluent English
- Four-year degree or equivalent education and business experience
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Passion for customer satisfaction
