Job Description:
The Information Security Architect will design and contribute to the efforts to secure Deel’s information and cyber security domain by developing and monitoring Deel’s security posture, conducting risk assessments, and enforcing security standards for IT systems and SaaS resources, and leading incident response activities.
Responsibilities:
Develop and enforce security policies, standards, and procedures.
Lead global projects to strategize and implement security technologies and processes
Collaborate with IT security team to configure and maintain security platforms
Ensure effectiveness and security value of the cyber security technology stack
Act as an escalation point for complex security-related requests raised by the business and provide guidance in accordance with Deel’s policies and procedures
Continually monitor the security systems and prioritize the remediation of our systems.
Provide support for Pre-Sales activities and potential customers' security questionnaires.
Assist with reviewing architecture and design for new and current deployments, features, and operational requirements.
Oversee periodical access reviews.
Identify and facilitate remediation of IT and SaaS security exposures and vulnerabilities.
Develop and monitor for security requirements in the procurement process.
Develop and enforce security awareness programs.
Conduct TPRM activities.
Conduct digital forensics and lead incident response activities.
Job Requirements:
5+ years of experience in cyber security.
Experience with security tools like EDR, CSPM, DLP, SIEM, ZTNA, User life cycle management, MDM, MFA, SSPM, and others.
Experience with defining and enforcing security requirements for processes and systems.
Deep understanding of cyber security frameworks and best practices, such as MITRE, NIST, CIS, and others.
Experience with heading security projects company-wide while collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
Stay up to date with the latest security technologies, and attack techniques.
Experience with conducting security assessments, and configuration reviews.
Be proficient with Cloud technologies.
Excellent English in both verbal and written.
