The Position
As an Expansion SDR, SMB - LATAM, you'll be playing a crucial role of expanding current customer accounts and fostering relationships with multiple contacts within all levels of our target customer segments. You understand the impact that you'll create to the bottom line, playing one of the most vital roles in the company. The day-to-day role includes collaboration with the wider expansion team, market research, uncovering opportunities to expand our product footprint amongst our customers, and qualification of these accounts.
Please note: This role requires that you reside within Latin America and speak both English and Spanish fluently.
Responsibilities:
Drive Deel's growth through inbound and outbound prospecting, generating cross-sell opportunities within existing customer accounts through targeted outreach.
Qualify customer needs and schedule product demonstrations with Expansion Account Executives.
Consult with clients to expand product usage and drive adoption through tailored solutions.
Educate and nurture leads through various channels, including calls, emails, events, webinars, and campaigns
Collaborate with sales, customer success, and marketing teams to refine strategies and improve the customer experience.
Consistently meet or exceed targets for meetings set, pipeline growth, and revenue contribution.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM.
Develop and execute follow-up strategies to nurture leads and advance opportunities.
Share customer insights to enhance sales strategies and contribute to the Sales Playbook.
Stay up-to-date on product updates, market trends, and sales best practices.
