Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager

As we continue to grow market share, we are now seeking an Account Based Marketing (ABM) Manager.
The ABM Manager is responsible for managing campaigns for multiple marketing segments across various ad platforms. This position must be comfortable utilizing data to optimize campaigns and understand digital behaviors. We are looking for someone who is analytical, organized and results driven! This position will play a pivotal role in our marketing team, focusing on driving marketing strategies tailored to key accounts. Your expertise will help us enhance brand visibility and accelerate business growth by developing personalized marketing campaigns aimed at engaging specific customer segments.
Core Job Duties
- Develop and execute account-based marketing plans for ABM at scale as well as strategic accounts; aligning with the sales and marketing teams to ensure targeted and cohesive strategies: leverage multi-channel approach such as Direct Mail, LinkedIn, ABM display, email, contest syndication, custom web pages and webinars.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to identify key accounts, decision-makers and critical influencers.
- Identify, research, and determine the best course of action to execute marketing goals through Account Based Marketing approaches.
- Report on the effectiveness of marketing programs, identifying areas for improvement through a data-driven approach.
- Report on various channels and understand what performed well and how digital touches can be optimized efficiently.
- Prepare routine reports to show effectiveness of Account Based Marketing initiatives ensuring maximum ROI.
- Stay updated with the latest ABM tools, technologies, and trends to keep our strategies ahead of the curve to always ensure best practices to maximize engagement and performance.
Minimum Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in Account Based Marketing roles
- Ability to analyze data and information and translate into actionable strategies & tactics
- A strong understanding of Account Based Marketing principles
- Proven project management experience with the ability to juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Demandbase Foundry, 6Sense Preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
- Adaptive and responsive to the dynamic marketing landscape
Physical Demands
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds.
Travel Required
Yes, up to 15% domestic travel may be required.
